This online news blog was created because we wanted to showcase all of the AMAZING things latina women in our community are doing! There is a whole underground world that is shouting for attention, recognition from the rest of the community. They are strong, confident, and capable women that when you begin to hear their stories you will be left aghast.
The founder of this blog is a 1st generation Latina Woman from Colombia. She wanted her children to KNOW of the Latina women around them. Those women are entrepreneurs, politicians, CEO's, teachers, caregivers, influencers, and they are also giving back to the community!
The purpose is not only to highlight and have them shine, but to connect newcomers from all over the world to a community of Latinas who want to make a difference in their community. Who want meaningful opportunities to serve and who also want to meet other ladies who can help and sustain them on their journey.
Our hope is every woman, Latina or not, will find safe haven in the new "Belleza Latina of Utah". 💖
